Wilmot Hills Vineyard is centrally located in Tasmania's north west and popular with visitors travelling to Cradle Mountain National Park which is a 40 minute drive from the winery. Visitors travelling from Devonport heading towards Cradle Mountain and the west coast can take the C132 highway which is a very scenic drive of about 50 minutes to the winery. Travelling time from Sheffield will take about 45 minutes. Just down the hill from the winery is Lake Barrington which is popular with rowers and the national rowing championships are held on Lake Barrington each year. There are walks in the area, scenic lookouts and many other tourist attractions. Wilmot Hills Winery is located in a region producing unique wines and spirits.
